A. Passport Validity should be 08 months.

B. Original Nadra Passport

C. Original Nadra Identification Card.

D. 04 passport size photographs with white background.

E. B, form of children's.

F. Affidavit for Mehram when, necessary Rs500/- for Vaccination  

    Certificate/Affidavit
