Can i travel in a group or without group?
Yes, we provide both services.

I have a disability – can I travel?
Yes, you can travel.

If I cancel my reservation for any reason, can I make a new one?
Yes, you can. However, the new reservation will be subject to the available prices.

When should I follow up with the company regarding my visas or tickets?
You are not required to follow up with the company that you booked with. In fact, the company will call you to arrange an appointment for issuance of the visas, the place and time of gathering, as well as other information.

I want to change the mobile number, which I inserted in the reservation during the booking process?
It is not allowed to change the mobile number inserted in the reservation. You will have to wait until the cancellation period ends, and try to make a new booking via the website.

I cannot make a booking for my family members who are registered in the family card, because there is no an expiry date there?
Whoever does not have an identity card cannot make a booking via this booking system.

The announced rates at the time of booking are different from the amount I am required to pay?
A correction SMS has been sent to this segment of customers who made a complete booking. If a caller has not received this SMS, a report should be escalated immediately to the shift supervisor comprising all details of the issue; it should include the booking number.

The company requires additional money other than the amount stated in the existing booking with it, what should I do?
You must address a written compliant with the details of the incident to the Office.

I have not received the reservation confirmation/cancellation SMS?
The message usually takes a few hours to reach you. Do not worry. You will receive it God Willing.

The IBAN that was given to me is not correct?
The IBAN is not related to the travel company that you booked with. Once you make a direct payment via one of the banks, the IBAN number is given only in that case. It is not mandatory to make the payment through the branches; you can make the payment via the different payment methods of banks such as the ATM's, bank websites, bank applications on phones and mobiles.

How long does it take a refund to reflect on my bank account?
It takes four business days as a maximum.

Can I cross out one or more persons from the total number of people on the booking?
Yes, you can. However, the terms and conditions of cancellation will be applicable to each person crossed out of the booking.

How do I find details of your Company?
To find details about our Company, you need to go to menu "About Us". Then, you will be presented with a list can find all details related to the company.

How to inquire about travel eligibility?
To know the eligibility of travelling, you need to go “Contact Us” and call or email to our support. 

How to inquire about the status of the package?
To know the status of the existing reservation, you need to go to menu "Packages". 

How to make payment for the package?
The payment is made through bank transfer. This can be done through all available payment channels offered by the banks.
